Sit For 1, Stand For 2

A couple of weekend canvas sketches for future paintings because we are back to remote teaching, so each hour I sit, I make sure I stand for two! I have a new appreciation for folks that work all day long sitting at a desk with their face buried in a computer. The dancer is inspired by a photo and a song, and the cat sleeping on the dog’s head is inspired by a silly poem I wrote about the reward a dog earns when he gains the trust of a cat.
